Report: Ronald Koeman to be named Southampton manager

Southampton are expected to name Ronald Koeman as their new manager, according to a report.

Southampton are reportedly planning to name Ronald Koeman as their new manager.

The former Ajax boss has been linked with a move to the Saints, after Mauricio Pochettino joined Tottenham Hotspur last month.

According to talkSPORT, the Premier League club have spoken to Felix Magath, Roberto Mancini and Malky Mackay about the vacant managerial position, but Koeman is expected to be unveiled when he returns from holiday.

Koeman has been without a job since leaving Feyenoord at the end of last season.
