Tottenham Hotspur defender Kyle Walker has insisted that Andre Villas-Boas is having a positive impact at White Hart Lane after an early period of adjustment.
Walker believes that Villas-Boas has a methodical approach based on tactics which is different to any manager he has previously worked with.
He told reporters: "All the lads are getting used to it now. I was used to working with Kevin Blackwell, Neil Warnock and Harry Redknapp and foreign managers have a different way of playing football.
"The manager is not one to start raising his voice and chucking things but you can tell when he is angry. You know he is disappointed because he knows you can do better. I've not heard him shout yet, but he is very passionate about football and Tottenham.
"He is very tactically aware and he has helped me with my game in his time here. The training sessions are different every time depending on who we are playing and he has helped me with my game."
Spurs need to avoid defeat at home to Panathinaikos tonight to ensure safe passage to the Europa League knockout stages.
