Zeki Fryers has heaped praise on Tottenham Hotspur teammate Christian Eriksen for his recent run of impressive displays.

Eriksen has scored six times and assisted seven goals in his previous nine games for Spurs, and Fryers believes that the Dane has become the main threat for the team in recent weeks.

"I think Christian's now found a vein of form where he can really do well," the defender told the club's official website.

"He's a great player. He knows that, we know that and he does the team the world of good.

"From his form, his crosses, his assists and his passes we can get the goals we need – and of course he can hit the target himself as well."

Both players are expected to be involved against Stoke City on Saturday afternoon.
