Scott Parker: 'Tottenham Hotspur can go places'

Spurs midfielder Scott Parker believes that his side can "go places" after their 3-1 win against QPR at White Hart Lane.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Scott Parker believes that the side can "go places" after their 3-1 win against Queens Park Rangers.

The England international was voted the Man of the Match as a Gareth Bale brace and Rafael van der Vaart's strike sent Spurs into fifth place in the Premier League table.

"We've been saying it for a little while now that this squad can go places this year," said Parker. "And if we believe in ourselves like we are we can certainly do that really, so I'm looking forward to the rest of the season."

Harry Redknapp's side next travel to Rubin Kazan in the Europa League on Thursday.
