Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp has been warned about his future conduct by the Football Association.
The FA chose to write to the 64-year-old following comments that he made about referee Chris Foy on Sunday afternoon.
Redknapp was left disappointed by a string of decision made by Foy as his side slipped to a 2-1 defeat against Stoke City at Britannia Stadium.
He could have been handed a fine or suspension for his comments, but the FA decided that a warning would suffice.
