Sandro expects head coach Tim Sherwood to leave Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Sandro is adamant that Tim Sherwood will be replaced as head coach at the end of the season.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Sandro is adamant that head coach Tim Sherwood will leave White Hart Lane at the end of the season.

Widespread reports have claimed that the 45-year-old will be replaced after taking over from Andre Villas-Boas in December.

Ajax boss Frank de Boer has been linked to the role, but the North London outfit are yet to make any official confirmation with regards to Sherwood's future.

ESPN Brazil have suggested that Sandro, who was deemed 'not good enough' by Sherwood in April, is being tracked by Sao Paulo.

"[Sherwood] will leave at the end of the season," the Brazilian is quoted as saying. "Then, new coach, new everything.

"I do not know anything yet, but I'm happy to have my name talked about with a club the size of Sao Paulo."

The 25-year-old has been a Spurs player since 2010.
