Brentford new boy Michael Kayode should be in line for his Bees debut when Thomas Frank's men host Tottenham Hotspur in Sunday's Premier League London derby.
The Fiorentina loanee was not given the green light to face Crystal Palace in last weekend's 2-1 win, but all the necessary documentation is expected to have arrived in time for the visit of Spurs.
As Mads Roerslev has joined Wolfsburg on loan, the door has swung open for Kayode to make his first Premier League start on Sunday, where he could join Nathan Collins, Mark Flekken, Sepp van den Berg and Keane Lewis-Potter in defence.
However, the 20-year-old totalled just 562 minutes of football in 12 appearances for Fiorentina during the first half of the season, so Kristoffer Ajer should also be waiting in the wings in case Frank holds off on starting Kayode.
Further forward, Christian Norgaard was taken off as a precautionary measure at Selhurst Park, but the midfield fulcrum is expected to be given the all-clear to line up alongside Vitaly Janelt in the double pivot.
The same goes for Kevin Schade, who was also unable to complete the full 90 minutes last time out but ought to be fine to reprise his attacking role after netting his sixth goal of the Premier League season at Palace.
Schade joins Bryan Mbeumo, Mikkel Damsgaard and Yoane Wissa in an unaltered attacking quartet for the Bees, who are still missing Rico Henry (hamstring), Josh Dasilva (knee), Ethan Pinnock (thigh), Aaron Hickey (thigh), Igor Thiago (knee) and Gustavo Nunes (back).
Brentford possible starting lineup:
Flekken; Kayode, Van den Berg, Collins, Lewis-Potter; Janelt, Norgaard; Mbeumo, Damsgaard, Schade; Wissa
