Team News: Three changes for Stoke City

Rudy Gestede is on the bench for Aston Villa against Stoke City after recovering from a hamstring problem.

Stoke City have made three changes for this afternoon's visit of basement side Aston Villa.

Marko Arnautovic has returned to fitness and to the starting XI, along with Phil Bardsley and Geoff Cameron, who had been an injury doubt. Making way from last week's 3-1 victory over Bournemouth are Glen Johnson, Marc Muniesa and Mame Biram Diouf.

The visiting Villans, meanwhile, have undergone just the one change from the 6-0 drubbing at the hands of Liverpool last time out, as Alan Hutton comes in for Micah Richards, while the captain finds himself on the bench.

Stoke City: Butland, Bardsley, Cameron, Wollscheid, Pieters, Whelan, Imbula, Shaqiri, Afellay, Arnautovic, Walters
Subs: Ireland, Joselu, Diouf, Teixeira, Crouch, Krkic

Aston Villa: Bunn, Hutton, Okore, Lescott, Cissokho, Veretout, Westwood, Gueye, Bacuna, Agbonlahor, Gil
Subs: Guzan, Richards, Clark, Sinclair, Green, Lyden, Gestede
