Peter Crouch insists that he has no plans to leave Stoke City this summer, despite speculation linking him to Queens Park Rangers.

Stoke City striker Peter Crouch has insisted that he is "happy" at the Britannia Stadium and has no plans to leave the club.

The 32-year-old, who has been linked with a move to Queens Park Rangers, has claimed that he wants to begin the season playing under new manager Mark Hughes, but is open to a transfer if the club decide to let him go.

"As long as I know the manager is happy and I am happy, I don't think there is anything to be done," The Sentinel quotes Crouch as saying. "But you never say never. I haven't been seeking a move or thought about one.

"But if the manager thought it best and something came up that's best for the club, that's up to them. I can only speak for myself and I am more than happy at the club and the family is settled here as well."

Crouch moved to the Potters from Tottenham Hotspur in 2011.
