Sunderland keeper Simon Mignolet has admitted that he is fully aware of the threat Romelu Lukaku poses when West Bromwich Albion face the Black Cats on Saturday.
Mignolet has played alongside Lukaku, who has scored 10 goals in all competitions for the Baggies this season, in the Belgian national side.
"He's a very good player and I've known him since he was very young playing for Anderlecht in Belgium as well," Mignolet told the club's official website.
"He is very strong, very quick and can score goals – hopefully he won't do that on Saturday."
Sunderland are currently 13th in the Premier League and are just six points clear of the relegation zone.
