Martin O'Neill and Martin Jol both makes changes to their sides ahead of Sunderland's trip to Craven Cottage.

Sunderland duo Lee Cattermole and Steven Fletcher both start for the trip to Fulham after being passed fit.

Fletcher has shaken off a calf injury to lead the line for the Black Cats at Craven Cottage, while Cattermole takes his place in a combative Sunderland midfield in place of James McLean. Phil Bardsley also makes a first-team return at right back at the expense of Craig Gardner.

Fulham boss Martin Jol has made three changes from his side's 3-3 draw at Arsenal last weekend.

Damien Duff, Giorgos Karagounis and Alex Kacaniklic all come into the side in place of Chris Baird, Kieran Richardson and Ashkan Dejagah.

Fulham: Schwarzer; Riether, Riise, Hangeland, Hughes, Sidwell, Karagounis, Kacaniklc, Duff, Ruiz, Berbatov

Sunderland: Mignolet, Bardsley, Rose, Cuellar, O'Shea, Cattermole, Colback, Larsson, Johnson, Sessegnon, Fletcher.
