Bob Bradley pleased with attitude of Swansea City squad

New Swansea City boss Bob Bradley says that there is "a good feeling" around the club's training ground despite a difficult start to the campaign.

Swansea City boss Bob Bradley has revealed that there is "a good feeling" around the Welsh outfit, despite a difficult start to the season leaving the club in 19th position in the Premier League table.

Bradley replaced Francesco Guidolin as head coach of the Swans earlier this month and his first game in charge was a 3-2 defeat to Arsenal in the Premier League last weekend.

The 58-year-old American is keen for his team to 'improve in certain areas', but has said that "training has been very good" since he arrived at the Liberty Stadium.

"There's a good feeling and my job in that respect is to make sure that the positive things are kept, but, at the same time, looking at some of the details in certain areas where we can improve," Bradley told reporters.

"From the beginning, training has been very good. The guys come in every day and they like to work, they want to be coached, so that part has been tremendous for me. It's about being able to do two things, can we continue to improve ourselves and make our football, mentality and intensity better and eliminate the mistakes.

"The clear short-term goal is to make sure we are picking up the right points when the opportunities are there and continue to say that we are going to be a really good team."

Swansea will attempt to move out of the bottom three when they host Watford on Saturday afternoon.
