Team News: Sam Allardyce makes three changes for first game as Sunderland manager

Sam Allardyce makes three changes for his first game in charge of Sunderland at The Hawthorns.

Sam Allardyce has made three changes for his first game in charge as Sunderland manager.

Sebastian Larsson makes his first Premier League appearance since August, while Younes Kaboul returns to the starting XI.

Allardyce will be without Jermain Lens who picked up a red card in the Black Cats' 2-2 draw with West Ham United two weeks ago.

Tony Pulis makes one change as Stephane Sessegnon returns to the staring lineup in place of James Morrison, who fails to make the matchday squad.

West Bromwich Albion: Myhill; Dawson, McAuley, Evans, Brunt; Fletcher, Yacob, McClean, Sessegnon; Berahino, Rondon
Subs: Lindegaard, Olsson, Chester, Gardner, McManaman, Lambert, Anichebe

Sunderland: Pantilimon; Jones, Yedlin, Kaboul, O'Shea; Larsson, Cattermole, Gomez, M'Vila; Borini, Fletcher
Subs: Mannone, Graham, Defoe, Johnson, Brown, Bridcutt, van Aanholt
