Mark Noble not bothered by congested fixture list

West Ham United midfielder Mark Noble admits that he is not too concerned over the congested fixture list awaiting his side over the festive period.

West Ham United midfielder Mark Noble believes that people in the game need to stop complaining about the busy festive schedule.

The Hammers, along with the other sides in the Premier League, face a congested schedule around the Christmas period as they will play four games in 10 days, but Noble feels that there are worse things to be doing than playing that amount of football.

Noble told reporters: "It is hard if you have got family and kids and you have to leave them on Christmas Day to go and train. But listen, we are a small minority of lucky players. We have obviously worked hard for this, but we are lucky enough to have the ability to play in the Premier League.

"You have to take the good with the bad and if you have to play over Christmas you have to. We have a good life and playing football over Christmas is not the worst thing in the world. We have a good life and playing football over Christmas is not the worst thing in the world.

"They are getting bullets fired at them whereas we are playing in the Premier League. You have got to put to put it in perspective really."

West Ham travel to West Bromwich Albion in their Premier League clash later today.
