Scott Golbourne seals Wolverhampton Wanderers exit

Wolverhampton Wanderers full-back Scott Golbourne secures a return back to his first club Bristol City.

Bristol City have secured the services of Scott Golbourne from Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The 27-year-old joined Wolves from Barnsley in 2013 and he went on to make 92 appearances for the Molineux-based outfit.

However, he has now agreed a move to Ashton Gate, where he started his career as a youngster.

"Scott is a Bristol lad and that's important to us," interim boss John Pemberton told the club's official website.

"Scott has been here before, he's athletic and someone we need for this football club."

Golbourne, who has signed a deal until 2018, featured 15 times during his first stint with the Robins.
