Preview: Yeovil Town vs. Ipswich Town

Sports Mole looks ahead to the Championship meeting between Yeovil Town and Ipswich Town on Tuesday night.

Yeovil Town can extend their unbeaten league run to six games if they avoid defeat when Ipswich Town visit Huish Park on Tuesday night.

The lowly Glovers edged up to 22nd in the table with victory over Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday and could climb out of the bottom three with victory over the Tractor Boys.

Gary Johnson will still be without the suspended Joe Ralls, but Kieffer Moore is available after serving his one-game ban.

Everton recalled John Lundstram on Monday so he will be missing.

Visiting Ipswich will have made the long journey down from the North-East where they became the first team to concede a goal against Middlesbrough for almost two months as they were beaten 2-0 at the Riverside Stadium on Saturday.

That makes it six games without a win on the road for the Tractor Boys and manager Mick McCarthy is expected to make changes to his lineup as they look to reignite their push for a playoff place.

Crystal Palace loanee Jonathan Williams could make his first start for the Blues, while Paul Anderson could also come in on the wing.

Top scorer David McGoldrick remains a long-term injury blow on the sidelines and McCarthy could hand Sylvan Ebanks-Blake his first Championship start and give Daryl Murphy a rest.

The reverse fixture between these two sides back in November went Ipswich's way as they came from behind to win 2-1 at Portman Road.
