Yeovil Town have completed the signing of Ryan Bird.
The 27-year-old striker had been a free agent since the end of last season when he was released by Cambridge United.
However, he has now agreed a switch to Huish Park, where the frontman has signed a two-year contract.
"I have watched him over the past few days during training and he certainly has goals in him. Goalscorers are invaluable at any football club," manager Paul Sturrock told the club's official website.
"He is a big lad and will give us a great option up front. We are pleased with the signing and I hope Ryan pushes himself to be a starter in the team."
Last term, Bird had a stint on loan at Hartlepool United.
