Mike Tindall has been reinstated to the England elite player squad after a successful appeal against his behaviour at the Rugby World Cup.
Tindall has also had his fine reduced from £25,000 to £15,000.
The former England captain was punished for his controversial actions on a night out in Queensland after England's opening game victory over Argentina.
His appeal received support from the Rugby Players' Association, who had described the initial punishment as "extraordinary" and "unprecedented".
An RFU statement read: "Mike Tindall's fine for breaches of the England elite player squad agreement during the 2011 Rugby World Cup has been reduced from £25,000 to £15,000 and he has been reinstated into the England Elite Player Squad."
The Gloucester centre has made 75 appearances for England since his Test debut in 2000 and was part of the Rugby World Cup winning side of 2003.
