Leicester Tigers bounced back with a 23-19 win over Clermont Auvergne in the Heineken Cup at Welford Road this afternoon.
Clermont took a six-point lead inside the first 15 minutes following drop goals from David Skrela and Morgan Parra.
Parra's penalty and late first-half conversion of Sitiveni Sivivatu's try put the French side back in front after Manu Tuilagi and Toby Flood had combined to put the Tigers ahead by one.
Flood fired back immediately after the interval, putting three points on the board through a penalty and converting Julian Salvi's try.
Parra's second-half penalty pushed Clermont ahead by two points, but Flood's late pair proved too much for the French side to come back from.
