Saracens scored four tries to secure a 40-19 victory over Sale Sharks in their Aviva Premiership clash this afternoon.
The home side started the match in perfect fashion as Alex Goode drove the length of the field and went over for the try, while Charlie Hodgson added the extras.

Hodgson extended his team's lead with a penalty after David Seymour was penalised for not releasing, but the flanker made up for his error when he powered over the line following the breakdown of a maul.
The boot of Hodgson kept Saracens ahead as he kicked two more attempts through the posts with deadly accuracy, and the home side grew further in the ascendency when Ernst Joubert collected a pass from Chris Ashton to score after an incisive breakaway.
The home side were upping the ante just before the break and put the visitors under immense pressure in the scrum, and the strain finally told when Saracens forced a penalty try just before the break.
However, Sale pulled a score back after the break when Tom Brady managed to go in for a try after the visitors secured quick ball from the breakdown.
Richard Barrington halted any fears of a comeback when he went over the try line for his side's fourth score of the day, although the visitors soon pegged them back with a penalty try.
Goode made sure of the points for his side when he fired a late kick between the posts.
