Scotland have ended their summer tour with a heavy 55-6 defeat to South Africa in Port Elizabeth.
Tries from Marcell Coetzee, Willie le Roux and Lwazi Mvovo saw the Springboks take control of the first half, while Handre Pollard added an extra four points with the boot.
Two Duncan Weir penalties allowed Scotland to get on the scoreboard, though they struggled to get out of their own half during a tough opening 40 minutes.
South Africa were rampant after the break as a Pollard penalty preceded a flurry of tries.
JP Pietersen went over on 57 minutes before Mvovo and Lodewyk de Jager touched down just after the hour. Pollard converted all three scores to give the home side a 48-6 lead.
The South Africans then rounded off a dominant victory in the final minute when replacement Marnitz Boshoff kicked between the posts following a second try from De Jager.
