Ryan Jones to make Wales comeback against Namibia after suffering a calf muscle injury seven weeks ago.

Ryan Jones is expected to return to the Wales side against Namibia in the World Cup fixture next Monday.

The 30-year-old, who suffered a calf muscle injury against England seven weeks ago, is edging to fitness after seeing through a full training session.

"At this moment in time, he is fully fit and available for selection.” the Daily Star quotes Wales assistant coach Rob Howley as saying.

“Ryan was smiling and happy, which is always a good indicator - it looks as if he is up and running.”

Head coach Warren Gatland will announce the squad to face Namibia on Saturday.
