Birmingham City 2-1 Bolton Wanderers

Marlon King nets the winner as Birmingham City pick up their second win of the season against Bolton Wanderers at St Andrews.

Birmingham City have picked up just their second win of the season, triumphing against Bolton Wanderers this evening.

The hosts went ahead after a quarter of an hour when on-loan Swansea striker Leroy Lita tapped in after being found by Paul Caddis.

Chris Burke was then denied by Adam Bogdan before Bolton ended the half much the stronger.

First, David N'Gog headed straight at Jack Butland before the visitors did get back on level terms through Chris Eagles, who curled home a 30-yard free kick.

Birmingham retook the lead three minutes after the interval when Zat Knight bundled over Marlon King, who tucked home the resulting spot kick.

The Blues jump right up the table to 11th, with Bolton slumping to 15th.
