Burnley signed off their Premier League campaign with a 1-0 victory over Aston Villa, thanks to goal from Danny Ings.

The visitors took the lead in the seventh minute when Fredrik Ulvestad looped the ball into the box and Ashley Barnes played the ball into the path of Ings, who looped a header over Jed Steer and into the net.
Villa had a great chance to equalise as Burnley failed to clear a cross into the box and Ron Vlaar pounced on the loose ball, but he could only fire his effort over the bar.
Sean Dyche's side had a great chance to double their lead when Leandro Bacuna lost the ball to George Boyd. The winger picked out the run of Ings at the back post, but the forward could only fire his effort over the bar.
Christian Benteke had the chance to bring the home side level he latched onto a cross at the back post and beat Kieran Trippier in the air, only to see his effort go just wide of the target.
Villa threatened again just before the break, but were denied by an impressive save by Tom Heaton, who made a reaction stop to save a volley from Ashley Westwood and keep his side ahead.
After the break, Benteke had another opportunity as he collected the ball from a cross from Fabian Delph, but he could only power a volley wide of the post.
Tim Sherwood's men had a golden chance to equalise as Gabriel Agbonlahor raced through on goal and only had Heaton to beat, but the keeper was on hand to make a good stop with his legs.
Ings could have doubled his and Burnley's tally for the day when he latched onto a ball over the top from Boyd, only to be denied by Steer.
The Villans pressed for a late equaliser, but the visitors held out for a win to sign off their season with victory.
