Kai Havertz, Christian Pulisic and Armando Broja scored the goals as Chelsea recorded a 3-0 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
The win has seen the Blues move into fourth position in the Premier League table, just a point behind third-placed Tottenham Hotspur but seven from the leaders Manchester City.
Chelsea put in arguably their best performance of the season on Wednesday evening, beating AC Milan 3-0 in the Champions League, and they have now made it three straight wins in all competitions.
Wolves, who are believed to be keen to appoint Julen Lopetegui as their new manager following the recent departure of Bruno Lage, struggled to get going at Stamford Bridge and remain in 18th spot in the table, with a potential relegation battle looming large.
Chelsea had a number of chances in the first period, with Jorginho and Mason Mount among those to come close, before Jose Sa made a brilliant save to keep out Pulisic in the 32nd minute.
The Blues were pushing, though, and made the breakthrough late in the first half when Havertz sent a looping header into the back of the net after a brilliant cross from Mount.
Chelsea then took the match away from Wolves in the 54th minute, with Pulisic combining with Mount before picking out the back of the net from a tight angle.
Smart work from Adama Traore saw the visitors have a chance in the 70th minute, but Hwang Hee-chan's effort was straight at Kepa Arrizabalaga, who appears to have now become the club's number one goalkeeper after a long period out of the team.
Chelsea added gloss to the scoreline in the 90th minute of the contest when Broja expertly picked out the back of the net from distance to register his first goal for the club, with the Blues proving far too strong for their opponents on the afternoon.
