Kieran Richardson fancies chances against Chelsea

Kieran Richardson believes that Fulham have the ability to beat Chelsea in the Premier League on Saturday.

Fulham winger Kieran Richardson has said that he is confident Fulham have a chance against Chelsea in Saturday's West London derby, despite the two sides being as far apart in the Premier League table as possible.

Richardson said that he hoped the Fulham crowd can make Craven Cottage an intimidating place for Chelsea throughout the match and that the players would be giving everything they have to win.

"Chelsea are going for the title so it's a must-win game for them as well," he told the club's official website. "It's going to be hard and Chelsea will be the favourites but when you're at home with the crowd behind you, you've always got a chance.

"I expect it to be a good game; they have top quality players and we'll be giving 100%, as I'm sure they will. So far everything has been spot on. We've been working very hard in training."

Fulham are currently bottom of the Premier League on just 21 points.
