Real Madrid are reportedly going to push ahead with an offer for Chelsea forward Eden Hazard, which has been dubbed the 'Courtois Plan' in Spain.
Los Blancos snapped up Thibaut Courtois from the Premier League side last summer in £35m transfer after offering the goalkeeper assurances that they would do their all to sign him.
According to a report carried by the Daily Mail, Hazard has been given similar assurances by Madrid and he intends to run down his contract to force Chelsea's hand.
Hazard will be into the final year of his contract once the summer window opens, at which point it is claimed the Spanish giants will make their move.
Madrid do not intend to pay out a nine-figure sum, though, which a separate report suggests Chelsea are holding out for, but they may instead offer a player - such as Isco or Marco Asensio - as a makeweight.
Former Lillie ace Hazard announced earlier this week that he has already made a decision on his next career move, with Courtois urging his ex-teammate to make the switch.
