Everton have reportedly expressed an interest in Espanyol left-back Aaron Martin and Paris FC counterpart Thomas Delaine.
Martin, 21, has made 34 appearances in all competition for the Catalan team and was previously linked with Manchester United, Manchester City and Benfica.
Meanwhile, 26-year-old Delaine has been an ever-present for Ligue 2 side Paris this season, having joined from French fourth-tier outfit Arras last year.
According to the Liverpool Echo, the Toffees are hoping to take advantage of Espanyol's willingness to cash in on their asset this summer, while Delaine's contract runs out at the end of the season.
Everton currently sit eighth in the Premier League table and are rumoured to be planning a summer overhaul at the end of what has been deemed a sub-par season.
