Daniel Sturridge has reportedly been ruled out for four months after injuring his hamstring while on duty with England.
The Liverpool striker will not feature in the Three Lions' Euro 2016 qualifier against Switzerland as a result of the knock.
According to the London Evening Standard, Sturridge is expected to be out for four months after sustaining the injury in training, although neither Liverpool nor the Football Association have verified the timeline for his return.
Sturridge featured in the 1-0 win over Norway earlier this week.
