Sunday's FA Cup predictions including Aston Villa vs. Tottenham Hotspur

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's FA Cup fixtures, including Aston Villa vs. Tottenham Hotspur.

Blackburn vs. Wolves (Sunday, 12.30pm)

Championship side Blackburn Rovers will attempt to get the better of Premier League opposition when they welcome Wolverhampton Wanderers to Ewood Park for Sunday's FA Cup fourth-round tie.

Rovers are looking to reach the fifth round for the third consecutive season, while the visitors are hoping to advance to the next stage for the second season in a row.

We say: Blackburn Rovers 2-1 Wolverhampton Wanderers

There is a fair amount of uncertainty about how Sunday's game will play out, with the two managers likely to ring the changes for the fourth-round tie.

With that said, Blackburn have won two of their last three home matches, and we think the Championship side may spring a surprise to eliminate a Wolves side that have lost their previous two away games.

Plymouth vs. Liverpool (Sunday, 3.00pm)

Fresh from advancing to one domestic final, Liverpool endeavour to further their chances of FA Cup glory at Home Park on Sunday, where Plymouth Argyle provide a fourth-round test.

Arne Slot's men surged to a routine 4-0 win over Accrington Stanley in their third-round tie, while their hosts pulled off one of the latest 'cupsets' away to Brentford last time out.

We say: Plymouth Argyle 1-3 Liverpool

Confidence levels could not be higher in both camps ahead of Sunday's fourth-round battle, where a rejuvenated Plymouth side should ask questions of a much-changed Liverpool defence.

However, the Reds' prowess in the final third will tell eventually, and Slot's men should punch their ticket to the fourth round with relative ease.

Aston Villa vs. Spurs (Sunday, 5.35pm)

Already reeling from one dose of knockout heartache, Tottenham Hotspur could see another shot at silverware pass them by when they travel to the West Midlands for Sunday's FA Cup fourth-round date with Aston Villa.

Ange Postecoglou's sorry side were smashed 4-0 by Liverpool in Thursday's EFL Cup semi-final second leg, while the Lions have had a week to reflect on their 2-0 loss to near neighbours Wolverhampton Wanderers.

We say: Aston Villa 3-1 Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham may have won nine of their last 10 away matches against Aston Villa in all tournaments, but the history books should mean little on Sunday, where Postecoglou's men arrive fatigued, low on numbers and even lower on confidence.

As Emery's men have enjoyed a week off Champions League duties, the Lions have our vote to comfortably put Tottenham to the sword, leaving the Lilywhites with only the Europa League to fight for.
