AC Milan are reportedly in talks with Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli over a return to the club.
The 25-year-old joined the Reds from the Italian giants last summer, but he has failed to settle at Anfield.
He scored just one goal in the Premier League last season and has failed to make an appearance in the current campaign.
According to Sky Sports News, Milan manager Sinisa Mihajlovic met with Balotelli earlier this week to discuss a potential loan.
It is believed that Milan were previously interested in signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic, but Paris Saint-Germain are unwilling to sell the Swede.
Balotelli scored 30 goals in his previous spell with the Rossoneri.
