Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva is reportedly close to completing a season-long loan move to Besiktas.
The Brazilian, who has fallen down the Anfield pecking order, was first linked with a switch to the Super Lig outfit earlier this summer.
According to the Daily Mail, the 28-year-old is now on the verge of putting pen to paper at Besiktas, although a permanent move could also be on the cards next summer.
Lucas, who has made 275 appearances for the Reds since joining in 2007, has been edged out at Liverpool by the emergence of Emre Can in his favoured defensive midfield position.
