Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel has confirmed that Sadio Mane will be available for Wednesday's Champions League quarter-final second leg with Manchester City at the Allianz Arena.
The Senegalese forward was suspended and fined by the club for an altercation with Leroy Sane - who was allegedly punched in the face by his teammate - following last week's 3-0 first-leg loss.
Mane was subsequently put on the naughty step for the weekend's draw with Hoffenheim, but he will be in contention to start this one, which is more than can be said for Manuel Neuer (leg), Lucas Hernandez (ACL), Paul Wanner (jaw) and Gabriel Marusic (ACL).
Seventeen-goal striker Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting also returned to full training from a knee injury last week, and while he was not risked against Hoffenheim, there is a strong chance that the striker will be passed fit for the second leg.
Choupo-Moting could very well be given the nod at the tip of the attack if he proves his fitness, accompanying Jamal Musiala, Kingsley Coman and Sane - leaving Mane on the bench with Serge Gnabry.
Amid speculation surrounding a possible exit from Bayern, Ryan Gravenberch will watch on from the bench again, as Joshua Kimmich and Leon Goretzka pair up in the Bavarians' engine room.
Dayot Upamecano was often found wanting at the Etihad, but the Frenchman will hold his place in the backline with Matthijs de Ligt, Benjamin Pavard and Alphonso Davies, as City loanee Joao Cancelo warms the dugout.
Yann Sommer was a busy man in the first leg - making a string of crucial saves while producing his fair share of scary moments with the ball at his feet - and he will continue as the last line of defence.
Bayern Munich possible starting lineup: Sommer; Pavard, Upamecano, De Ligt, Davies; Kimmich, Goretzka; Sane, Musiala, Coman; Choupo-Moting
