Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Paris Saint-Germain could line up for the first leg of their Champions League semi-final with Manchester City.

Paris Saint-Germain are expected to have Kylian Mbappe available for the first leg of their Champions League semi-final showdown with Manchester City on Wednesday night.

The France international struck his 24th and 25th goals of the Ligue 1 season against Metz before limping off after taking a knock, but Mauricio Pochettino does not think that the issue is serious and he is expected to be fine for this game.

Mbappe should therefore keep his place at the forefront of the attack over Mauro Icardi, despite the Argentine's cheeky Panenka penalty in their 3-1 win on Saturday, while Neymar should be up to his usual tricks on the left-hand side.

Marco Verratti was fit enough to play the full 90 minutes against Metz and is expected to start in the number 10 role, while Angel Di Maria replaced Pablo Sarabia after 65 minutes at the weekend and should be given the nod here.

Idrissa Gueye could displace Ander Herrera to form a familiar engine room pairing with Leandro Paredes, but Rafinha will hope to return from a back problem to force his way into Pochettino's thinking.

Abdou Diallo should be in contention to feature at left-back if he manages to overcome a calf problem in time, while there is optimism that Marquinhos could battle back from his groin injury to partner Presnel Kimpembe at the back.

Keylor Navas - one of PSG's standout performers this season - has also shaken off a muscular injury and will act as the last line of defence against Pep Guardiola's men.

PSG possible starting lineup:
Navas; Florenzi, Marquinhos, Kimpembe, Diallo; Gueye, Paredes; Di Maria, Verratti, Neymar; Mbappe
