Everton manager David Moyes believes that Sir Alex Ferguson is an example for all managers after he guided Manchester United to their 20th league title.

Everton manager David Moyes believes that all managers should take a leaf out of Sir Alex Ferguson's book.

The Manchester United manager clinched United's 20th league title on Monday following a 3-0 win over Aston Villa at the age of 71.

When asked during a press conference if he would want to be in charge of a club at Ferguson's age, Moyes said: "I think I would. Will I be able to? I don't know. He might be a one-off, Sir Alex. He's got battery that goes and goes, by the look of it.

"I don't know if I could go that long, but I do think that people in this world are now having to work longer, and are fitter and more healthy to do so. Sir Alex certainly is. So we all have to try to follow his lead and see if we can keep up with him."

Moyes, who has decided against making any plans regarding his future until the end of the season, has previously been linked with eventually replacing Ferguson at Old Trafford.
