Paulo Dybala: 'Paul Pogba staying put at Juventus this summer'

Juventus midfield ace Paul Pogba wants to continue playing his club football in Turin despite interest from elsewhere, according to teammate Paulo Dybala.

Paulo Dybala has claimed that Juventus teammate Paul Pogba has no intention of leaving the club, despite rumoured interest from a number of top European sides.

The France midfield star, who is currently on international duty at Euro 2016, is thought to be a top target for both Real Madrid and former suitors Manchester United.

According to Dybala, however, £80m-rated Pogba will turn down the opportunity to seek a new challenge elsewhere and will instead stay put in Turin for at least another season.

"Pogba will remain here," he told Marca. "I spoke with him and I believe he will stay. We didn't talk about football but I believe that will be the case.

"I know him and he is relaxed. When people criticised him at Juve he showed his skills, pressure doesn't get to him. We all have to wait for the right game to show our skills, and when someone like him doesn't do well it's a bit of a surprise."

Juventus sporting director Beppe Marotta revealed earlier this week that no official approach has yet been made for Pogba, who made the switch to Italian football from United in 2012.
