Genoa director Marco Ottolini has denied that his club have received any offers for Radu Dragusin.
The 21-year-old's future is currently the subject of much speculation, with a number of Premier League clubs said to be interested in signing the Romania international next year.
The centre-back's agent recently said that Newcastle United, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur were among his client's admirers, with a move expected to occur during next summer's transfer window.
"I want to say that 100% by next summer, Radu will play in a not strong, very strong club! In the top 10 in the world. He wants to be in the Premier League," Florin Manea told Fanatik.
According to Pro Sport, there is also interest from Manchester United, with the Red Devils said to have opened talks with Genoa over the possibility of a move in 2024.

There have also been suggestions that offers have been lodged for the defender, but Genoa director Ottolini has insisted that is not the case, with discussions over a transfer at a relatively early stage.
"There are many clubs keen on signing Dragusin, he's an excellent player and talks are taking place... but there are no bids. No proposals at all. Not true," Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano quotes Ottolini as saying.
Manea was recently asked about potential interest from Man United but refused to reveal whether the 20-time English champions were actively pursuing the Romanian.
"Manchester United is always Manchester United. It's a top team, as a tradition, as everything. He is on several lists, I am not surprised that he would also be on Manchester United's, I haven't spoken to anyone from there yet, but there are several teams interested," he told iAMSport.

Dragusin started his professional career at Juventus, but he only made four appearances for the Old Lady, spending time out on loan with Sampdoria, Salernitana and Genoa, before completing a permanent move to the latter in January 2023.
The Romanian has been in strong form for his Italian club this season, scoring once and providing one assist in 16 appearances in all competitions.
Genoa are seemingly preparing to sell the centre-back next year, and a move to the Premier League is allegedly the most likely outcome despite interest from AC Milan.
Man United are expected to sign at least one centre-back in 2024, as Raphael Varane, who is currently out of the team, is set to move on in search of pastures new.
Meanwhile, both Victor Lindelof and Jonny Evans only have contracts with the 20-time English champions until next June, and the futures of the duo are unclear at this stage.
