Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is reportedly interested in signing Manchester United's Paul Pogba as a free agent next summer.
The 28-year-old midfielder is now free to sign pre-contract agreements with foreign clubs as his current deal at Old Trafford is set to expire in June.
However, Fichajes reports that United's crosstown rivals City are among a number of high-profile clubs who are closely monitoring the Frenchman's situation.
The report adds that Guardiola admires Pogba's physical and technical attributes and will consider an approach for him ahead of the 2022-23 campaign.
Pogba's former club Juventus as well as Barcelona, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are also believed to be interested in the player's signature, while one previous report has suggested that the midfielder will also consider offers to remain in the Premier League.
In 224 appearances for Man United across all competitions, Pogba has scored 39 goals and has provided 50 assists, including nine goal contributions in 18 games this season.
