Aston Villa have reportedly knocked back an approach from Manchester United for Jack Grealish.
The 24-year-old has been in impressive form for Dean Smith's side during the 2019-20 campaign, contributing eight goals and six assists in 23 appearances in all competitions.
United have been linked with a potential move for the Englishman in recent weeks due to the struggles of Jesse Lingard and Andreas Pereira this season.
According to the Daily Record, the 20-time English champions recently approached Villa to determine whether it would be possible to sign Grealish during the current transfer window.
However, the report claims that Villa, who are currently 18th in the Premier League table, insisted that the attacker was not for sale.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side are allegedly on the verge of securing a deal for Sporting Lisbon attacker Bruno Fernandes, while a bid has reportedly been submitted for Birmingham City youngster Jude Bellingham.
