Manchester United have reportedly reached an agreement with Monaco over the signing of teenage midfielder Hannibal Mejbri.
The 16-year-old has caught the eye for Monaco at age-grade level and is a regular for France's Under-16s side.
According to the Daily Mail, United have been in talks to land the youngster since January and a deal has now been struck.
Mejbri's agent Jorge Mendes is said to have negotiated terms with United chiefs Ed Woodward and Matt Judge at their Carrington training base.
The transfer could potentially set the Red Devils back £9m, it is claimed, but it is considered good business as Bayern Munich, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool were also attempting to sign Mejbri.
