Manchester United have apparently indicated their interest in Stoke City goalkeeper Asmir Begovic by sending scouts to watch him on international duty.
The Potters stopper has been mooted as a potential transfer target of the Red Devils, who are understood to be looking for competition for current number one David de Gea.
United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is reportedly willing to part with Anders Lindegaard in the summer, and Stoke's signing of England international Jack Butland from Birmingham City in January increased speculation that Begovic could be poised for a summer switch.
According to the Daily Mail, the Bosnian was watched by United representatives on Friday during his country's World Cup qualifier with Greece.
Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal have also been linked with a move for the former Portsmouth stopper.
