Napoli could be without Edinson Cavani on Saturday after his flight back to Italy was delayed.

Napoli could be forced to play Saturday's Serie A match against Torino without star striker Edinson Cavani.

Cavani is not expected to return to Italy from duty with Uruguay until late on Friday, with coach Walter Mazzarri uncertain whether he will be in the right condition to play.

"I will talk to him but for now I don't know what condition he is in," Mazzarri told reporters.

"If Cavani can't play I could try playing Lorenzo Insigne and Goran Pandev together up front or maybe play an extra midfielder.

"We know he had problems with his flight. I'll see him in Turin and talk to him there."

Cavani's father recently said that there was a 50% chance he would join Real Madrid.
