Newcastle United manager John Carver and managing director Lee Charnley are under pressure from owner Mike Ashley, according to reports.
The Magpies are currently on a seven-game losing streak and could be dragged into a relegation scrap if their current form continues.
The Telegraph reports that Ashley will hold an end-of-season review, where Carver, Charnley and chief scout Graham Carr will have to defend themselves after a difficult campaign.
Charnley is said to be under the most pressure as he has repeatedly assured Ashley that the Magpies won't go down, a stance that the club feels is complacent.
Carver will be spoken to about the managerial position long-term, but it is still expected that Derby County boss Steve McLaren will be appointed.
Newcastle travel to Leicester City this weekend.
