Corry Evans comes into the midfield in place of Niall McGinn in what is the only alteration to the team that claimed a 2-0 win over the Faroe Islands on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Stefanos Athanasiadis and Kostas Mitroglou start up front for the home side.
There is also a start for West Bromwich Albion's Georgios Samaras and Nikolaos Karelis retains his place after scoring on his debut in a 1-1 draw against Finland at the weekend.
