Preview: Queens Park Rangers vs. Reading

Sports Mole previews the match between Queens Park Rangers and Reading in the Championship.

Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp will be keen for his side to hit back from their defeat to Derby County when they host Reading on Sunday afternoon.

The Hoops succumbed to a 1-0 defeat in the East Midlands, but victory against the Royals will help them keep the pressure on Burnley.

Redknapp could hand a start to Modibo Maiga, who moved to Loftus Road on loan from West Ham United shortly before the end of the transfer window.

Reading have enjoyed a impressive spell of form since the turn of the year, but they did fall to a 2-0 home defeat to Sheffield Wednesday in their last match.

That loss was further compounded by the dismissal of defender Alex Pearce, who is suspended for the short trip to London.
