Harry Redknapp urges Queens Park Rangers team for run of form

Queens Park Rangers boss Harry Redknapp says that the club have a big task ahead of them if they are going to stay in the Premier League.

Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has outlined the task ahead of his side if they are going to be successful in keeping their status in the Premier League.

The West London outfit are struggling at the bottom of the table on just 20 points with 10 games remaining in the campaign.

"We need a run of wins," the Daily Mail quotes Redknapp as saying. "We need another five wins at least I think. We need to win half our games and get a draw or two and get to 37 points. I would take 37 points now and walk away. I'd take my chances.

"Whether it is going to be enough I'm not sure but if someone said you can have 37 points I think you'd have to be a fool not to take it. That's where we are at the moment. You just have to keep going and keep trying to pick up results."

QPR can clinch back-to-back victories if they defeat Sunderland at Loftus Road tomorrow.
