Charles Green has hit out at all of the Rangers players that have rejected the transfer of their contracts to his newco.
At least nine members of last year's squad have decided to seek pastures new, the most recent of which was Steven Whittaker, who opted to sign for Premier League side Norwich City.
Discussing the imminent departures, Green has questioned the motives of all the players involved.
"If they want to play in Europe, that's never going to happen at the clubs they are signing for. If they were really looking at playing in Europe, then you would stay at Rangers and play," he told Sky Sports News.
"The reality is, before Norwich play in Europe, Rangers will be back in Europe. I don't accept that this is a career move. This is financial gain, no other reason."
Rangers are due to find out on Wednesday which league they will be playing their football in next season.
