Real Madrid Castilla held by Socuellamos

Real Madrid Castilla are held to a goalless draw by Socuellamos in their Segunda B clash on Sunday.

Real Madrid Castilla have moved onto 10 points for the season following a goalless draw with Socuellamos in their Segunda B Group 2 clash on Sunday.

Castilla's XI included Alvaro Medran, who made his debut for the first team in their 5-0 win over Levante in La Liga on Saturday, while regular squad member Diego Llorente was also selected.

Neither could inspire the team to all three points, however, with chances few and far between.

The result leaves Castilla in 14th spot in the table, while the hosts are 18th, just three points off the bottom.
