Toni Kroos 'wants to leave Real Madrid'

Germany midfielder Toni Kroos is keen on leaving Real Madrid in this summer's transfer window, according to a report.

Toni Kroos is reportedly keen on leaving Real Madrid in this summer's transfer window.

The midfielder has has made over 220 appearances for Madrid since a 2014 switch from Bayern Munich, winning one La Liga title and three Champions League crowns during his time at the Bernabeu.

The 29-year-old's form has been hit and miss this term, though, and according to AS, the Germany international is eyeing a move away from the Spanish capital.

The same report has claimed that Los Blancos will not actively look to sell Kroos this summer, but they will also not stand in his way if the midfielder makes it clear that he wants to depart.

Manchester United are believed to have a long-standing interest in Kroos, although it is unclear whether the Red Devils would consider a move in this summer's transfer window.
