The 24-year-old Ivory Coast international has been linked with Liverpool and West Ham United in recent weeks, as well as clubs in Russia.
"I have received several offers from clubs in England and Russia, but the boy is more excited about playing in Italy," Francis Kacou told Voetbal International.
Bony has scored 19 goals in 20 games for Dutch side Vitesse this season.
